clean but breakfast hours could improve

The room was spacious with a mini fridge and microwave, making it convenient. I appreciated the high-quality coffee available in the morning. it was a highlight of my stay. The location was nice too, right by the river and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed taking a stroll along the riverwalk. it was refreshing and scenic.

However, I found it a bit inconvenient that breakfast only served until 9am on weekdays.

The check-in process was annoyingly slow, taking over an hour!!! The heating unit made an irritating clicking noise, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the pool wasn’t as heated as advertised, making it less enjoyable!!!

Great spot on the river!

Had a nice stay for a night! The place was really clean and cozy. Loved that it was right on the river—great for a stroll. The coffee was surprisingly good too. Just a heads up, breakfast is only served until 9am on weekdays, which was a bit early for us. Overall, pretty solid experience.

Our group of friends had a great time at this hotel! We were close to the Drill Hall Theater and a few local restaurants, making it easy to explore. The pool was fun to hang out in after a long day, and we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the tomato juice. It was perfect for a getaway with friends!

The check-in process took longer than expected, over an hour, which was a bit frustrating. The front desk staff was friendly, but really needed to be more efficient.

We had a wonderful stay in the suite with separate areas for relaxing and sleeping. My grandson loved the pool, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown shops and restaurants. The large fridge and kitchenette made our family stay comfortable and convenient.

My kids wished there were more options for breakfast.

Our stay in the Deluxe Suite was truly enjoyable! The kids loved the spacious room, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the fridge and microwave. We also had a great time at the nearby park and enjoyed a delicious breakfast before heading out. Highly recommend!

This place is clean and comfortable. It has a nice indoor pool and a fitness center, although I didn't use them. The coffee in the morning is fantastic, and the rooms come with a fridge and microwave. Super convenient location near shops and restaurants. 😊

Absolutely loved the spacious room with a comfy king bed. Being right downtown made it a breeze to explore the cute shops and bars nearby. The view of the riverwalk was just delightful!

But holy smokes, the heater clicked like it was auditioning for a horror movie. Breakfast ended earlier than my morning brain could manage—who knew 9 am was 'breakfast is over' o'clock?

I had an amazing stay in the Beautiful Suite! The separate bedroom and living room area. With views of downtown and a super comfy king bed, I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Group looking for decent stay

The pool was nice, but it wasn’t as heated as I thought it would be. Breakfast had some redeeming qualities. I liked the tomato juice, not exactly what I expected but still okay.

I had a King Suite for a night. It was super spacious with a separate living room and bedroom. The big comfy bed was amazing. There was a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and fridge. Views of downtown were nice too. Loved the location, so close to bars and restaurants!
